Interlibrary Loan Journal Request Form

1. Requests for journal articles can take up to 4-8 days for delivery.

2. Please provide a valid email address to receive articles electronically- free of charge.

3. There will be a $1.00 charge for all articles that need to be picked up in the Library. If you want an article from HEA, UTE, or CHI libraries in Columbus there is a $8.00 charge ($13.00-rush), but they will be delivered electronically. Most items from those libraries are available from other OhioLINK schools.

4. The journal must be owned by a OSU Library or OhioLINK Institution. Please check the OSCAR/OhioLINK catalogs for the specific title.

5. Fill out the form below or email the complete citation to hasley.2@osu.edu

6. When the article arrives it will be sent directly to the email address given or you will be notified via email for library pickup.
